- Schedule 5 minutes with yourself for 3 days in a row. Make an appointment with yourself.
- Day 1: Toss 5 items — put in trash can outside;
- Day 2: Donate 5 items — put in your car,
drive to thrift store while doing other errands;
- Day 3: Recycle 5 items — put in the recycle bin.
